Service is very good. The drivers have been very nice and helpful. The only problem that I have had with parking lot two is the device which takes the ticket and credit card at the exit point. Your customers have to have basketball player arms to reach the desired items on that check out device.

The Parking Spot East is my place to go when i leave AUS. Great and courteous service and there is always a bus to take me to and from the airport. There is a great plus that all parking is covered!

First off, you guys are easy to book and pay with and you are reasonably priced. However recently I left my keys on the shuttle and the staff was the most helpful when I was slightly panicked about the situation. You are a great team of people, and the office manager was outstanding!

Quick pickup. The gentleman on the return trip did not help with our luggage, but that was ok because he was prompt in picking us up.

My #1 concern when it comes to airport parking is my safety. Most of the time I am traveling alone and it brings me great comfort to know that when I use TPS, I feel safe. The staff that I've encountered have all been really nice and helpful, from the person who greets me when I enter the facility to the drivers. Even something as simple as having cold water available at check out, is a nice touch! I've recommended TPS to plenty of people who now also utilize the service and I will continue to do so!

Jennifer was the first bus driver to welcome into the lot. We have flown about 5 times this year and always use Parking Spot 2. She made our return visit from Vegas like home.

shuttle wait time is short

Bus was there waiting. I know someone who parked here and the bus never came. They had to pay someone to drive them to the lot so I was nervous. But the bus was there waiting and it was a quick trip back to my car.

Easy access to airport; drivers are prompt & attentive

First time using this service. It was easy to get to and quick process.

Friendly staff, prompt pick-up and overall good experience

Everything went fine, except when I left it seemed like a couple of the exit gates would not read my phone QR code. Finally got out on the 3rd gate.

It is close by to the airport. The shuttle was available immediately. Very nice personnel. My car was safe and they had the best prices!
