Everything! This was my first experience with Parking Spot. Let me say it was a good one ... we pulled up into our parking space, and the driver immediately picked us up. He loaded our bags and we were off. But the return trip home was even better... It was late, near midnight, we all were tired, cranky, and thirsty. We walked right to the Parking Spot van at the airport. The driver loaded our bags and took us right to our vehicle and unloaded our bags for us. Perfect customer service, but the best part was as we were leaving, I saw free bottled water!!! I don't know why, but i really appreciated that so much. It was a lifesaver because we had no water in the vehicle and everybody was so thirsty, but everyone wanted just wanted to get home too. Thank you! You will see us again.

This is the best run of the Parking Spot franchise. I do look forward to a streamlined ticket, payment and receipt process from arrival to departure. It’s convoluted at this point. Could take out a few touchpoints…..

On the negative side , when we were exiting, I wanted to speak with the attendant in the booth. As I pulled up closer, she leaned way back so I could no longer see her & did not respond. smh

Reservations are easy to process. I have never had a problem getting my space reserved or entering the lot. I use parking spot 1 and 2. easy to enter and exit.
