Most drivers are very helpful and friendly
Always very quick with both departures and arrivals and very courteous! Also, this past trip, when we got back late at night, my car battery was dead for some reason. They were very quick to send somebody out with a portable charger so they could jump me. You've got a customer for life!
Very easy to get in and out of and the fact that it is located directly across from the airport.
Easy access and easy in and out via the app. Drivers are always there by the time you get out of your car and pull your luggage. Before you know it your being dropped off at the airport! The app also let's you conveniently view the shuttle location when you're waiting for pick-up.
It makes it easier to travel without having to worry about finding parking and paying more at the airport. Riding the shuttle in and back to the Lot takes some stress off of the day.
