The lot is not too far from the airport, so the shuttle ride is quick. The drivers can provide a card to keep track of your spot upon your return, though this is optional. You can also keep track of your spot through the app. And there’s no need to call for a shuttle upon your return. There is a designated pickup area. Just get there when you get there.

The van drivers are very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms are CLEAN. I love the ability to see where the vans are for pick up on the app. I'm an airline captain and we are offered free employee parking. I prefer to use the Parking Spot over the free option because I'm to my car more quickly with a way better experience. The free water bottles at the checkout is also awesome! Ten stars!

Convenient, reasonable pricing, friendly drivers, secure parking

Usually easy in easy out. This time (Jan 24 - Feb 2, 2026) I parked in a covered spot and my car broke down and I had to have AAA tow it out. I met the towing on the 2nd., and upon getting to the parking spot to have them tow my truck, I asked the attendant (older white gentlemen) if he would open the gate so I could get to my truck to get a snow shovel and windshield scraper that were in my vehicle. He said NO, unless I paid to drive in. So, I parked my car at the exit booth and walked to retrieve the items from my vehicle (the road was very icy). He could see my truck for the booth (spot D142 in the covered section) . I was only getting stuff from my car and not staying. The tow company arrived ten minutes after I got there and tow my truck from the lot. I was not happy with how your attendant handled the situation with how the bad weather we had the week my truck was there and I only needed to get things from my car.

We arrived at the parking spot at 5:30am, a driver immediately came over to load our luggage and assist us to board the van. Our return was one week later after the car had sat in the frigid weather. The driver waited for us to start the car and ensure we could pull out over the snow. Absolutely will use this company again.

How quick it is to get picked up at the airport and at the lot, very appreciative that you always seem to be staffed well

Our car was snowed in upon our return. We were prepared and had a snow shovel, however, since there was so much ice, it broke. Our driver dropped off other passengers and came back with a garden shovel to get us out. We were so very grateful especially since it was late at night and very cold.

Great service. No wait to transfer to the airport, and only a short wait or no wait to get pick up at the airport.
