Everything. No better place to park in Orlando.
Convenience. Quick shuttle.
I love the convenience!
I never knew anything about it until my brother-in-law told me. Now I have used it twice in about three months.
Easy transfer to and from the airport. Had no issues and would use again.
Easy to park. Picked up promptly. Felt car was safe while we were gone. Delivered promptly back to our car. We've been using for years.
the app notifying a driver that I had reached the pick up location and the shuttle arrived quickly
Every single employee of Park & Fly/Parking Spot whom I interacted with was amazingly friendly. Starting with the man who met me at the gate to covered parking ramp. His smiles were genuinely smiley, as if he was having a good morning. There was a van driver ready to leave the ramp while I waited to be picked up, and he paused to tell me my driver was coming. On my return to the ramp after my travels, the man at cashier booth was exactly the same--so friendly and geniunely nice. He offered a bottle of water--I was grateful to accept. It's your employees who earned my high score!
No complaints. No waiting for shuttles, friendly staff.
It was easy
We didn't have to wait for the van to take us to or from the airport. They were there right away to pick us up. The checking in and out process is very easy too.

The bus drivers were helpful and drove safely.
I dropped my watch on the bus and your bus driver, woman with braids followed me to the gate and gave it to me. That was awesome!
Covered parking. Easy and quick access to/from DFW.
Convenient and cost effective
Shuttle drivers were all so friendly and polite. They drop off & picked up in a very timely manner. App is easy to navigate. Parking fees are reasonable priced. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Exelente
Fast way you get to the airport and on time and I have never had to wait for a ride either going to the airport or being picked up from the airport, your drivers are friendly and very knowledgeable about their job and very professional.
I was nervous with leaving my new car for over a week; because there was a car that had its trunk open on row 15, when I mentioned it to the van driver he said…. That left it like that. But, who would intentionally do that? What not close it? How long where they to be away? I had questions on the safety of my vehicle.
I returned to my become entacted and a very nice driver which put me at ease. I will use your services again but I will also caution people to secure your cars.
I was at 16/15 if you wonder
The shuttles run continuously so I never have to wait more than a few minutes. The door to door service makes traveling less stressful.
