The drivers are very friendly. The pick up at both the vehicle and the airport is usually very prompt. We especially like the reward program, and the ability to earn free parking.
I like the how effortless I can make my reservation and know that parking will be just as easy. I've never had to wait for transportation to and from the airport. My driver's have always been friendly, professional, and go above and beyond.

Pick-up and return at car. Covered parking. Pick-up at Door 18 of Terminal 1 (Fly Delta) - don't have to cross over to island. Tracking app for bus.

We so appreciated our truck cleaned off from all the snow. We weren’t looking forward to cleaning it off. The drivers who pick us up are very prompt and polite. We would highly recommend The Parking Spot

Easy to get to. Directions in garage were clear. Shuttle people were kind and friendly.
I had trouble finding where to get picked up when I returned, the guy who answered the phone was not clear but a lady working inside told me to go up to the arrivals to get picked up. Not sure of I missed that info somewhere in instructions. All good and return shuttle driver was awesome. Easy out. Thanks will use again.
