I will continue to use the parking spot as this issue was a rare occurrence. Our shuttle driver, Sanford (8/27/26), was terrible. He went the wrong way to the parking lot, which turned the usual 8-minute drive into 25 minutes. He didn't even get out of his seat to attempt to help with bags at the terminal or at the cars. He also was VERY heavy on the brakes and gas peddles.

HOWEVER:
We were disappointed with the driver who picked us up on August 27. His name was Jonathan. We did not find him to be particularly friendly. For one, he did not offer to help us with our luggage. Second: for some reason there was a lengthy detour between the airport and the parking lot. He did not explain to us why he was taking the detour.
If he is still working for you, he needs to be trained so he can become the kind of driver we've come to expect from TPS.
