Convenient parking , shuttle

The shuttles came around often. I had at least 3 shuttles stopped by while I parked and got my luggages out of my trunk.
The drivers were very helpful and courteous. They ones I had actually exited the vehicle to assist customers with suitcases. That was very refreshing.
The process was very easy. I scanned my QR code and entered the facility. I did the same thing while exiting. Keep up the excellent service. And, thank you for making the process real convenient and easy.

Mr. Gregory is awesome. Always polite and friendly. If I have any issues at all at the gate coming or going there is always someone available to help. I love having nice cold water available on my way out. The prompt friendly service keeps me coming back.

I like the discounts and I love the time to relax from the parking lot to the terminal.

The way you all operate is so efficient and professional. Even when I think I'm about to miss a flight, I don't because the bus system moves so quickly. Oh, and the car wash at the FLY location is such a plus.

Convenience

This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and I was genuinely impressed.

Booking & Arrival
I initially purchased through Groupon but had to complete the transaction using their app — easy enough. Once I arrived, I used a QR code to enter the lot. There were plenty of spaces, so I found a spot close to the entrance, took a photo of the stall number, and headed to the nearby shuttle bus.

Shuttle Service (Departure)
The driver was super friendly and handed me a ticket with my stall number already written on it. He drove me directly to the United Airlines departure area — seamless and efficient.

Shuttle Service (Return)
On the way back, I got a little turned around, but the information desk helped me find the shuttle pick-up area. Within minutes, a shuttle arrived and took me straight to my car. No waiting, no confusion.

The Bigger Picture
I live in San Francisco, don't have a garage, and deal with street cleaning almost every day — which means expensive $105 parking tickets if you're not careful. Knowing my car was reasonably safe and ticket-free for 9 days was such a relief.

Cost
With the Groupon, I paid $150 for 9 days. That felt like a great value for the peace of mind alone.

One Small Regret
I ran out of cash during my vacation and had nothing to tip the driver with — which I felt badly about. But the service itself was outstanding.

Final Verdict
I would absolutely use The Parking Spot again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for safe, convenient, and affordable airport parking.
