The Shuttle service is Awesome - I usually Fly very early (Before 5:00AM). There was a Shuttle and Driver waiting - She didn't wait around for a 'Full" shuttle. Immediately departed to terminal.
On my Return a shuttle was pulling up to my Terminal as I was still fumbling with my phone. I had previously entered my return flight into my reservation.

For me, PS East is convenient, its right off the highway, I usually make a reservation prior to trip, but recently it was a last minute decision to use the service. I am able to get in and park with ease, a shuttle is usually right there for pickup. The drivers are always nice and helpful. I do wish there waa actual people there to help especially at the exit.

The bus picks me up where I park, don’t need to walk anywhere. And driver helps me put my heavy suitcase in, then takes it out for me at the terminal. On the way back, the bus is always there within minutes and drops me off at my exact parking spot.
