Easy in and out
Most of my friends and family would make arrangements to drop and pick me up but what I love is not inconvenience anyone. My car is safe. What I hate most is waiting for someone to pick me up. My last encounter l didn’t wait for the shuttle to take me to my car the shuttle was already there. Once I got to my car I was able to shop before getting home!

Easy access, shuttle was there to pick me up as I departed the airport. I did have to walk to the entrance on departure in the dark because there wasn’t a bus to follow me in like usual.

The pick ups and drop off are pretty easy and do not have to wait terribly long on either end. Close to the airport - which is a time saver

I love using this facility. Very convenient. I was especially pleased as I had a later than usual flight back into Pgh at 11:30 and the shuttle came quickly. The app posted a phone number to call with no one answering but assured that the driver was notified. I appreciated not having to wait a long time especially so late at night.

Assistance from the gate attendant, and of course, the shuttle attendant. Especially after I returned. This being my first time it was a pleasant surprise to have cold water at the gate.
