Convenient efficient friendly
Convenient, prompt and dependable. We did have to wait a little longer to get picked up this time after landing but no biggy. We have always parked at Parking Spot 2 and we will continue. The price is right and it is super convenient.

Nice that a person is at the gate when we arrive and direct us to a parking spot, then pick us up within a couple minutes and drive to airport. Upon return there is usually a Parknfly bus waiting at airport. We usually only have to wait a minute or so and sometimes a bus is already there.
Location and shuttle service car to car
I like the fact that our bags are picked up right at our parking spot. Upon return, always have quick pick up and return to vehicle.

Ease of access, easy to schedule on line. I like the covered options. The last time I arrived and went to park my car in a Spot the attendent asked me to move to another row so the driver would not miss me. While I did comply and drove out of the Spot, i parked in which I had to drive further, this did not make sense to me. The driver comes to the Spot. I should be able to park and not be asked to move. I always follow the signs and pretty much park in the same section. Moving forward I will have a discussion with the attendant. Working to keep my expereince a good one. Thank you
