The parking attendant Brandon was absolutely wonderful, helpful and nice. The other guy we got on our way back, not so much. That was the only downside to our service.

I use The Parking Spot every time I fly out of Newark. They take away all the stress of having to find a spot at the airport, lug around suitcases (and golf clubs), remember where your car is, etc. It’s so easy - you pull in, they unload/load your luggage and take you right to the terminal door in front of your airline. The return is just as easy, and your car is waiting and warm (or cool). Plus you’re out of the confusing airport roads. Splurge on valet - it’s so worth it!

We have used the airport long term parking in the past. A friend recommended you to us. The whole experience was so much better, from the price to the fabulous people who drive the shuttle. We will only be using the Parking Spot in the future and would highly recommend it.

Friendly and reliable customer service, parked and forgot my lights on for 2 weeks came back to a dead battery, with no hesitation when I asked for help the staff at the front office she got the portable charger and got the car up and running " no charge to me" this is at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport NC. Really appreciate them.

Very easy to park and get to the airport.

Everything from the little card the driver gives you with your parking space number to the app to the complimentary battery jump service. I've used them all and truly appreciate them. I tell everyone to use The Parking Spot.
