Excellent service

I always park with the Parking Spot North at Philadelphia and have used the one at EWR as well. You are picked up and dropped off at your car and the shuttles are frequent and clean and the drivers are always courteous.

Friendly, quick. They will have our car ready to pick up when we get back. All we have to do is hop in the car and go home.

I have never had a bad experience with The Parking Spot. Your buses to and from the lot and airport terminal run frequently and I have never stressed about finding a parking spot in your lots. I also really like how convenient it is to use the QR codes to check in and out.

Very easy to schedule. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The APP is great. But did find the staff sleeping in the office at 2 am when trying to get the car. However, once they were awake, super nice.

The bus picks you up at your car and upon return your buses are always minutes away. I also like the price.

So easy to use. The people are very nice and helpful. I happened to get on the wrong bus after handing the driver my card, they immediately told me you, "Thank you for joining me today, nice to see you but, you're on the wrong bus."

Prompt pick up from the airport and drop off literally at your car. Being picked up at the car going to the airport, also reasonably quick. You have plenty of vehicles the wait is never that long. Biggest reason we use Parking Spot, others we have waited 10-30min for a shuttle. Nice perk was also the app auto identifies when you are at the pickup location is helpful no need to call/text/check in anywhere.

The team found an expensive set of headphones we left on the bus at departure and kept them until we returned a week later.
