How easy it is to get to and from the airport

Park here at least 2 times per month, and have been for the last 12 years. Made friends with many of the drivers and the staff at the entrance/exit as well. Yesterday was not a good day. Dropped off my vehicle. Made it the airport in plenty of time. Then 12 hours of delayed/canceled flights later, I gave up. Went back to get my vehicle, got to the checkout and scanned my QR code. $31 to get out for the day. Okay. But I was having trouble with the credit card reader. He motioned me forward and I handed hime my QR code and credit card. He asked why I was leaving so early. (I was scheduled to exit on Thursday, not 12 hours after I checked in). I told him the story of my day. The gate opened and he motioned me through. I looked at him and asked, that's it? He said yes. I got this. I got home a checked my receipt and the charges were listed, but zeroed out with an explanation that said, "Manager's Discretion". It was a long frustrating day, but he made my day. Thank you!

Shuttle driver was at our car immediately to take us to the airport. When we were ready to be picked up at the airport, our wait for the shuttle bus was very short. Both drivers loaded our luggage for us and were friendly.

While it took an abnormal long amount of time foe a shuttle to come after my arrival, the driver was polite and kind and made sure we got dropped off asap. Also, I left my wallet on the shuttle and it was returned to me intact, and on my haste to find my wallet, I left behind a suitcase that was also retrieved for me and I was able to pick up the next day. I appreciate the workers at The Parking Spot 1 looking out for me.

We didn't know what to do after midnight late flight. Called number and no one to talk to . It was around and around telling us nothing really. We finally got picked up and asked the driver. He said after ,eleven call nr. We said we did and it really didn't tell us anything.
