It’s just easy to do. We come in, usually there is a bus hanging out, they follow us to where we park, they grab our luggage and we are on our way! Easy!! Also love the bottled water at the end, it is much needed - especially after a long flight!!

Upon arrival the staff is friendly and helpful. Even when lot is very busy (almost always) I like the short time it takes for bus to pick me up and get me to airport terminal. Upon my return to airport the bus is conveniently waiting to take me back to my car. So happy I found the Parking Spot years ago Thank you,

Usually everyone is very friendly and accommodating. This is the first time that a driver who picked us up at 2 am was clearly not having a good day. He was grumpy and didn’t help anyone with their luggage. Every person on the bus put their tip money back into their own pockets..

Your drivers are always courteous, and they help with luggage. Customers are picked up at their cars within minutes of parking and at the airport in a very timely manner.

I really enjoy the simplicity of the process. Parking is easy, signs direct you to the available parking spots, no driving around looking! I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. I have help with my bags, climate control ride, and they make sure I get a card with my parking spot so I don't have to worry about finding my vehicle when I get back. The app lets me track a shuttle for pickup on my return and they bring me right to my vehicle. The app makes the process smooth, from booking to paying.
