Great service
This was our first time using The Parking Spot and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Our outbound flight was really early in the morning and my return flight was after midnight. I was concerned about pickup and drop off, but if was incredibly convenient and easy. Our driver on both trips was exceptional and such a happy soul. We will definitely use again!

Very convenient to make reservations and pricing is very competitive especially for club members. My only complaint - suggestion is that the sign in requires email especially when forgetting sign in. Would be more convenient and preferable to receive a text with a password for verifying customer information.

The service is awasome. The shuttles are frequent, not much waiting. All the stuffs are very helpful starting from entry gate to exit gate and the shuttle drivers as well.

Check-in is easy, the app is fairly easy to navigate. Shuttle drivers are prompt at picking up customers and assist with luggage.
The app made it easy to return and get a shuttle from airport back to Parking Spot. The QR code generated made it very easy to pay at checkout.
