Every one was friendly and even though our plane was late and our time at the spot was longer than predicted your company did not charge an additional fee!

Lito was our driver. An incident occurred where a car came flying by and Lito had to slam on the brakes to prevent a collision. One lady bumped her wrist on the railing. She complained it hurt but it didn’t not prevent her from texting the whole time. Lito lost his job because of it and I am honestly outraged. I probably won’t recommend using this company because they don’t back or support their employees.

The driver was great! He helped with my bags too. That was totally unexpected. The whole experience was great, and it was way easier than parking at the airport and trying to find my way around.

Booking is easy, the Century parking location is convenient and easy and avoids the airport traffic, and pricing is reasonable. The pickup process from the airport late at night definitely needs improvement. We had a large group (including children) and watched a few shuttles for our Century location pass us by at Terminal 6. I even stepped out INTO TRAFFIC to try to hail a shuttle, but it didn't stop. I called the office twice to tell them we needed to be picked up, and they blamed the slow service on road maintenance, even though we saw a few shuttles pass us by. When the shuttle finally arrived, it stopped partially in traffic and not at the curb, making it harder to load the children and our luggage. The driver seemed annoyed that our group was so large.
We had even recruited members in our group to use The Parking Spot Valet service during the trip, but needless to say, after the pickup issues we experienced, I don't think they will use the service again.
