Plenty of parking, well lit, covered & non-covered areas, reasonable prices, the lot surface is in good condition, and the shuttle service is excellent.
I fly out of BDL. The Parking Spoit prices are cheaper than the airport economy lot, and more importantly, being able to reserve a spot in advance means I don't have to learn the hard way that the lot is full when I'm trying to make my flight. Drivers are also friendly, help with bags, and pick up and drop off is directly at my car. Takes a lot of stess and effort out of travel.
Easy Parking to find and shuttles are always there waiting to take you to the airport. Shuttle Drivers are all very kind.
