I enjoy being picked up right at my vehicle. Some of your staff is a lot more friendly and helpful than others. Some of them will jump right out of the bus and pick up your bags. Some of them will pick your bag up off of the rack and take it right over to your vehicle. Some of your staff just feels like they need to stay in their seat and not help the customers at all.

I would love to promote covered parking! But, I can be selfish as my assignments are most often late! I want a space when I fly out of BWI!!! I do not want to expand the people that purchase covered parking!!! I love the covered parking, the occasional carwash in the Summer months (my choice) and the super drivers and their help as required by weather or snow dig out!!!
