Friendly and reliable customer service, parked and forgot my lights on for 2 weeks came back to a dead battery, with no hesitation when I asked for help the staff at the front office she got the portable charger and got the car up and running " no charge to me" this is at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport NC. Really appreciate them.
Very easy to park and get to the airport.
Everything from the little card the driver gives you with your parking space number to the app to the complimentary battery jump service. I've used them all and truly appreciate them. I tell everyone to use The Parking Spot.

The parking spot is easy to schedule in advance. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is quick,. The cars are secure, and you can choose to park in covered parking for a very slight up charge. What's not to like?

They pick you up and drop you off at your car and the service is very quick
The reservation was easy as was parking and shuttling to the terminal. Tha bus was there to pick us up as soon as we locked our car and the driver was very courteous. When we returned we waited less than 5 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up and quickly had us to our vehicle and we were on our way.
There are several great reasons for choosing Park N Fly (The Parking Spot). Buses run regular, no need to even call when arriving at MSP airport. Get a reservation early so I can just drive into the lot even when it says full - reservations early. Website is easy to navigate. Pricing is comparable to other providers. But the best is the Free Days perks that accumulate for those of us that fly a lot.
