I like the convenience to the airport. I like the valet parking system.

The ease of parking and the friendly staff

Easy in, easy out! Drivers are courteous!

prompt response to airport at pick up times.
when I arrive to park, the shuttle usually follows me to my parking spot, loads me and we are off to the airport
courtesy of drivers
They always assist me with my luggage

I like it because of the closeness to the terminals. I did have a slight hiccup where I had to wait a little longer for the shuttle on my return trip. Someone had to call twice for the shuttle.

Very convenient and I like that my vehicle is always under cover.

Very easy. Friendly associates. Very helpful drivers.

All around perfect service from payment to pick up and return to parking spot.
Great drivers and the price is right. Over 20 years now,...

Easy to find. Efficient to use. Friendly drivers.

Customer service was extremely outstanding

Our bus drivers were very polite and very considerate

It is convenient.

One comment regarding my last visit, the driver dropped off a couple at Terminal 2 first before taking the rest of the bus to Terminal 1. I have never seen that done before (and was a little irritated).

Please bring back valet parking.

This service is amazing. Much better than other parking reservations. They pick you up promptly at your car and at the airport. That's my issue with other services. I'm anxious to get to the airport and anxious to get from the airport back to the car. Especially when you are flying at night. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Parking Spot 2 is my go to for airport parking. Thru are always so helpful and on time . Thank you for great customer service .

I love the ease of reserving through the app. The drivers are always courtesy and prompt to pick up at the vehicle once we have parked.

Quick, convenient, friendly staff.

Ease of use ... quick, efficient rides to and from the airport.

easy to get to, people are very friendley and helpful. Have been using this lot for 60 years.

Convenience and close to my area and plenty of shuttles service without having to wait for a long time.

Always there when we park so never late for our flight. We have tried other places but since trying the Parking Spot we are hooked.
