Buses are almost always right there once we park.
We like that almost as soon as we park a driver is there to take us to the airport, always friendly too. And on return even at midnight there was a driver there to pick us up and back to our car. I also like that there is someone in the booth in case we need them to help. Very happy with the parking spot. Have utilized them for years and will continue to.
I've never had an issue leaving my vehicle here. The covered spots are plentiful and roomie enough. The bus picks up on a quick route.
The staff at the Parking Spot were fantastic! We returned to find our vehicle's battery had died while we were gone. I was able to go to the office and ask for assistance and they came and helped us re-start our car. This was at 8:15ish pm on Monday, November 1. Thank you so much to your team!

I like that it’s close and convenient to the airport… and that the parking is covered. However, I had prepaid and was in the Premium Lot - it was great on the return. But I waited almost 10 minutes for a pickup.

Booked online, checked in, parked. Didn't have to wait long for the van. I even misplaced the parking spot number. The driver drove through the covered parking while we beeped our horn to find our car. We appreciate the long stay discount as we debated getting dropped off and having family pick us up. The discount made it worth parking at Parking Spot. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived. Only a couple minutes wait when we arrived back at the airport. And water as we departed for our drive home!
