It was easy to park and very convenient for the shuttle service. Coming in and out was excellent with the QR code and it was great that you offered water as traveling will make you thirsty after finally getting to my car it was a generous gesture and treat.

The shuttle drop off and pickup right at the gate is great. Didn’t have to wait very long for a shuttle. The price is a little high for being offsite. It should probably be 50% of what it is. It’s almost a wash with taking an uber there for most of my trips. If I did anything more than 5 days, I would uber.

The new Premium offering is helping tremendously to get picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. I do hope you will restrict access to those who have status or have a reservation and paid for the premium parking area.
