Direct to car pickup/drop off. Two of the three drivers on this trip we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Smaller shuttle compared to large bus. Water available upon leaving parking lot after arriving back at BWI.

The convenience and ease of parking at your lot. Having a bus pick you up at your car and giving you a ticket with your space number. On arrival home, it was easy to find the pickup spot for the van. Using the app was also very easy to do.

Everything from the convenience to the shuttle drivers the staff when you check in and out. Not having to worry about your vehicle while you’re gone. And especially on the hot days when you’re leaving after you’ve checked out getting a free cold bottle of water top-notch. Love this place and I use them all the time when I have to travel.
