I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience. Overall, I’ve always appreciated your reliable service—parking is easy, drivers are friendly, and the shuttle is prompt.
However, I encountered an issue when I needed to add an extra day to my prepaid reservation. The system recalculated the entire booking at the current rate, which made the additional day significantly more expensive than the original nightly rate. It would be much more customer-friendly if changes allowed guests to keep their original rate for the existing days and apply the same rate for any added nights. This would make your flexible change policy even better and encourage loyalty.

Valet service was great. Pull up and staff helps with my bags. On return trip, bus driver was helpful and my car was waiting for me ( running with heat on ) when we returned to lot. All good.
