It is convenient to the airport. The staff is friendly.
The only negative is , depending on where the bus pulls up to pick us up outside the airport, people who have been waiting a long time keep getting pushed out by those just stepping out the door. There should be a sign with a queue or a number system. I have experienced too many angry moments trying to get on the bus.

Pickup when I arrive at the parking spot lot is generally pretty good. Prices for parking are reasonable most of the time. When arriving back at the airport from a trip, pickup tends to be very slow. The app does not work to locate a shuttle that may be coming to the terminal you are located at. Even calling the Parking Spot office does not result in a quicker shuttle arrival at the terminal.
