Regular shuttles from PHX and numbered spots for easy return to vehicle. I had to come home early from Portugal due to a medical issue, and having paid in advance, I was concerned about a refund for the week I didn't park. The SPOT refunded me my extra week without a problem. Good folks, reasonable rates.

We recently stayed for 30 days at the West location and was very happy with the service both on arrival and return. Drivers were helpful. Upon return our car battery was dead. We called the office and someone responded quickly to jump the car. We were very grateful
