Booked online, checked in, parked. Didn't have to wait long for the van. I even misplaced the parking spot number. The driver drove through the covered parking while we beeped our horn to find our car. We appreciate the long stay discount as we debated getting dropped off and having family pick us up. I've tried the different parking options in the past; I like this one the best - JFK Parking Spot. I like the covered parking area - has good coverage as long as not on an end area.
Always have a covered spot when I reserve; shuttle seems to run in a timely manner, especially from the Parking Spot 2 to the airport; drivers are courteous and help with luggage.

I like the speed and efficiency of the whole process from lot to airport as the return. Your app is easy to use and the kiosk at the exits (along with water thanks!) are quick to manage to exit and get on my way home.
