I appreciate your responsiveness and willingness to help, whether it be bill-related or sending a shuttle to pick me up. It is always done with professionalism and with a smile. I use a scooter and every driver has assisted with putting it on the shuttle or placing it in my car upon my return. All of my drivers have been very personable, and that is nice, especially after a long day and flight.

The crew at MCI Parking Spot are SO friendly!! From start to finish it's amazing!! The shuttle driver I had on Monday was beyond amazing (03.09). I thought I had his name but am not finding it at the moment. He was phenomenal!!!
