The shuttle to the airport arrived at my car just as I was parking and got me to the airport in a very timely manner. The shuttle from the airport back to the parking spot was also very quick and the driver very friendly and helpful. I have parked with the parking spot several times and have always had a very good experience. Using the app has made for a quick and convenient way to get to the airport.

I like that you pick me up and drop me off at my car. I like that the parking area and vans are always clean. I like the app and it shows me where the van is that will be picking me up.

It has gotten better overall...I noticed more shuttles being active.

There was plenty of parking, and the shuttle was available to get to and from the airport. I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two for the shuttle either direction.

Ease of use

Its usually really a quick process. I can count on getting dropped off at my terminal in time for my flight. The drivers are friendly and help with the bags. The vans are roomy and very comfortable. Its just a short drive from the parking Spot lot to the airport. And pickup when we get back is usually really quick too.

The lady who helped us at check in was great, I apologize for not getting her name. The service provided in regard to cleaning our car was great. Sadly, it started raining roughly 10 minutes after we left your facility.
