Easy online booking. Easy entry with QR code and met by attendant who pointed out our spot. Easy onboarding to the shuttle. Upon return we arrived after hours, called the number and the attendant stayed on the phone while the driver pulled up. The drivers were courteous and placed our bags on and off the shuttle, even upon return offered to load the bags in our truck as it was 1am.

Usually very little wait for a shuttle once in a while we wait 15 to 20 mins, but usually less than 5 min
Being a AAA member, got a great rate and it was cheaper than a rideshare to/from the airport + the convenience of having my vehicle in covered parking and going to the proper terminal (Because D/FW is always under construction) was so nice. Both drivers to/from the airport were super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to use this again!

I am a fan of this place! The option for under cover parking is awesome, although the spots are very tight. But the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off at your car is awesome too! This will be my go to!
