Organization - you are very efficient - from arrival - immediate baggage handling from our car to airport bus - to Terminal. On return to EWR - again, timely arrival of pick-up bus and gracious driver help with luggage. Then on return to the Parking Spot to find fir car ready at the bus stop - couldn’t have been any more convenient.

East is closest to Southwest and drop off/pick up frequently.

Pick up at my car quickly when I parked, got out & got my luggage, told us where to pick up the bus upon return. Picked me up immediately. Took me right to my car & loaded my suitcase in my trunk. Great service. Friendly employees.
