When I pulled up at 3:30 am, the van followed me and 2 other cars to our spot. Immediately picked us up and we were off to the airport. On my return flight I came to the lots they said they would be at. Before I could even figure out how to notify them I was ready for pick up they were already there. I've done many different off site airport parking before, I have now found who I will use from now on. Thank you Benjamin and Stacy, you were both fantastic.

Ease of making reservations online. The code that I can save to my Wallet and then scan upon entry and exit. The young woman was helpful at entry to help me scan. I am still having difficulty navigating the app when we land to find the pickup spot at Terminal 3.

Service good. Note early morning flights pickup can be slower. Primarily uncovered lot.

The way the system is set up makes each step so convenient. We've been using parking spot for years and appreciate how efficient it is managed. One suggestion would be to improve the exit signs. If a person isn't familiar with the area they would have trouble finding their way out.

Efficient parking and shuttle to the airport. Car to curb and curb to car service is nice; no big bus and need to walk to my car. The shuttles from the airport seem to run fairly frequently so that is efficient as well. The drivers are personable and I like that they help load and unload my luggage.
