Parking process coming and going went smoothly, with the minor exception that the rooftop barrier arm would not open. A quick phone call to the operator fixed that.

Easy app, easy parking process, they pick you up and drop you off right at your vehicle and quickly get you to the airport. Only feedback is that when it snows they plow the lanes and push snow right behind your car so if you're gone for a bit then you come back to having to shovel snow to get your car out.
I would probably splurge for the covered parking f I knew I was going to be gone during a snow storm
