Our experience was great. The only mistake we made was not knowing that where we parked the shuttle bus did not go to the International gates. So we had to go to domestic first. This was not clear to me when I made the reservation and it was only after we arrived at your gate that we realized the mistake.

I really needed to drive to the airport and I was so concerned about the cost of parking and this was great knowing the fees were low and within my budget. It was just a great experience. Pickup at car and at terminal is always quick and efficient. Drivers are always friendly.

The service is always timely and courteous. This last time, a few nights ago was a bit challenging. But not because of your service, but because when we arrived at our car - it had a flat tire from a nail that had lodged in my brand new tire. We didn't have any tools in the car and we had never changed a tire on my Escalade. After discovering where the jack and spare tire were lodged and with the help of our traveling friends and with the loan of a screw driver from the Parking Spot Supervisor - we were able to be on our way. Thank you for having such a helpful team of employees and for the water.

When I pulled up at 3:30 am, the van followed me and 2 other cars to our spot. Immediately picked us up and we were off to the airport. On my return flight I came to the lots they said they would be at. Before I could even figure out how to notify them I was ready for pick up they were already there. I've done many different off site airport parking before, I have now found who I will use from now on. Thank you Benjamin and Stacy, you were both fantastic.
