Extremely helpful and attentive staff from the moment I arrive into the parking lot. My favorite part about your service is that there is always a bus waiting at the airport ready to pick me up, and is by far the main reason for why I choose to only book with TheParkingSpot. I’m most grateful for that, especially during the winter months! Lastly, every time I check out, I’m very very appreciative of the free water bottles available on the way out. It makes a huge difference to me!

The whole thing was a very easy process. This was my first time using the Park Spot. I learned about you from a friend at work. I'm so happy! It is SO nice to leave your car in a parking lot that is monitored and not have to park at the airport. Both drop off and pickup were wonderful too. Both drivers were very nice and took our luggage. and they did NOT throw it. We really appreciated that.
Pricing is fair. The continuous shuttle is excellent because you know one will always show up within a 15 min wait time. Drivers are very polite and helpful!
