Everything!! Covered parking, frequent shuttles to and from the airport, drivers who help load and unload baggage and drive right to where your car is parked, all at a reasonable price.
Great service . Very simple
It was a bit bumpy on the initial drop-off because the lady in the booth didn't tell me how it worked. After I chased down the shuttle driver, he then laid it out for me. Both him and the driver on the way back were really fantastic. They both made you feel like a VIP! I've never used this service at my home airport, but my experience in Columbus will make me give it a try in Pittsburgh.
The parking spot was great. So easy and we did not have to wait on a shuttle either way. So much better than trying to navigate the airport. Highly recommend.
The Parking Spot is very well run, and the ability to get to and from the terminal without the craziness of the terminal traffic and terminal parking chaos makes it a bargain in my book. I’m so glad that the Parking Spot exists!

Entering the gate is easy and fast. Bus availability is good. Plenty of buses picking us up a terminal C, D And E. Drivers are interacting and speak English.
