I love that you get picked up right from your parking spot, the shuttles are always moving and you can track them on your phone. The drivers help you with your bags with a smile. Usually we park on site, but we will probably do this from now on. Better rate, consistent shuttles, service with a smile. This is how you want to start and end your trip.

Ease of scheduling, ease of access and departure of parking area, frequency and timeliness of the shuttle service on both ends (from our vehicle to airport, and airport to our car).
When ever I have called with questions or needed assistance, I have received kind courteous help. The shuttle drivers are always ready to help with my bags even when I’m arriving very early in the morning or the weather is bad out.
There are locations to park that are closer but I always use the Parking Spot and now I’ve earned points that equal free days!
