I appreciate there is usually very little to no wait time when arriving at Parking Spot. I appreciate that the driver removes suitcases from the car and places them in the van. The suitcases are removed from the van when we arrive at departure gates. The ticket the driver hands us lists where the car is located which assists with delivery back to your car.
The app is easy to use. The shuttle picked me up within 1 minute of arriving. The driver was extremely professional and polite. After the return flight, the van was waiting and easy to spot. The driver was very polite and allowed myself and four other people to board the van then brought us to our cars. It was such a smooth and easy experience, I will use them again and again.
Easy entrance to lot, speedy pickup and delivery to Terminal 1 MSP. Upon our return, there was a shuttle waiting for us. I very much appreciated the driver’s attentiveness to making sure that seat belts were readily accessible so that we could buckle up for the short ride back to the lot. The driver also drove in a very safe manner through somewhat congested traffic and dropped us off at our car without delay. The only drawback to using The Parking Spot is that it’s not as competitively priced as their competition across the street. But, we had a great experience with The Parking Spot!
