Pretty dependable timing-wise in getting you to and back from Newark Airport. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for a shuttle in either direction. And that is key.

was little confusing for first time use. but now i understand the color code on the card. color code explained in faq. i thought i reserve for one lot but it turned out to be another. needs to be highlight on receipt.

Convenient and fast pickup and delivery

I have been leaving my car at parking and Fly/parking spot for over 10 years. For the Oakland airport it is very convenient. The San Francisco location is convenient. Also the lot is just further from the airport. But I love the convenience. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with my car. And the transition from Park Fly to the parking spot has been a little seamless. I do feel that I lost some of my perks in the transition, but I am pleased with the service.

Would like to see more rewards. The Cleveland car wash is never operational. That is one of the elements which really leads us to use your location. Get it operational more often.

The service is prompt and reliable. Your drivers are courteous and respectful. Your pricing seems to be getting higher but, at least so far, has been tolerable. For the most part, your on-line system works for us except that it becomes a little cumbersome when we try to use our points for free parking days.

I appreciate the closeness to the airport, how truly nice the drivers are every time i come. The bus is always clean and the Men are gentlemen and help with getting bags on and off the bus. From the moment that i pull into the parking spot there is a friendly face to greet me and i never have to wait to long before the bus comes to my car and picks me up. i will always use the parking spot each time i need to leave my car.

All of the team are courteous and friendly- from the greeter at the front gate, to each of the drivers, to the folks at checkout.
