Everything worked well and my pickup showed up @ C terminal within 10 minutes.

Convenient, great staff !!!

convenient and quick service

Easy, friendly and fairly priced

Efficient

I love that they will pick you up from your car! They load your luggage and you're on your way.

The security of being picked up and dropped off at our car is the reason we use Parking Spot. The new bus was GREAT and MUCH needed!!!

The entire process of parking and pick up were seamless and easy.

Enjoyed the ease of finding where to park. The numbering system and the close walk to pickup. Good price and friendly shuttle drivers. Safe vehicle storage and easy booking. I will definitely choose this over having someone drop me off at the airport.

Entire staff of drivers and attendants are courteous and attentive to making our brief experience with SPOT a 10 experience.

The shuttle drivers are always close by to pick me up and handle my luggage. They're very friendly and helpful and deserving of a tip. The booth attendant at the front gate is always helpful and friendly, too. I feel that the Parking Spot is a very safe place to park my car. I like the way the shuttle driver navigates through the DFW Airport so smoothly even with heavy traffic and construction obstacles. I also like being able to reserve my parking spot online, so that I'm assured of having a place to park since I'm traveling quite a distance to get to the DFW area. The price to park is very reasonable. I cannot think of a better place to park my car while I am out of town. Thank you for running such a smooth, efficient business!!

It's a 24hour pickup/dropoff close to CLT & the shuttle service is terrific. I have limited mobility & the kind drivers always assist me with my bags without being asked. They get a well deserved top too!

Excellent! Always plenty of bus services and faster pick up than other companies. Love the water when leaving.

Pick up an drop off was nice

Prompt pickup at our car and friendly drivers. You make getting into the airport and back to our car simple.

The bus waiting for your arrival and return to car after trip. The drivers have been very helpful also with the luggage. Highly Recommend this place. We have parked here for years and not had a bad experience.
