They guide you to your parking space, and the shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the airport. The same is true on the way back; all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first time at The Parking Spot. It was fairly easy to understand how to find a parking spot, and how to check in and out.
As a very long term customer, 18 years parking with you. Service is great, the people are so friendly and its always clean.
BUT, very disappointed that during the holiday you doubled the price. I understand supply and demand, but as a 18 year customer I felt taken advantage of. I had to use all the points I've accumulated to stay with you this time because the price was double. I would have ended up paying around $250 for 5 days......

Leaving my car at your lot is one of the easiest parts of traveling. So convenient. Park and they are there to pick you up and take you to the airport. When you get back from your travels they are there to take you back to your car. Very little effort on my part.

Parking access was quick and shuttles were right there for getting to the terminals. Shuttle came around relatively quickly on return as well.
