Very timely and courteous, always! We use Parking Spot 2, Will Clayton, for all our parking needs. On our last trip, we told our driver we were late for our flight because of an unexpected visit to the Minor Emergency Clinic and she very kindly took us straight to the terminal—extra service—and she received an extra large tip! Thank you again, ma’am! It was very much appreciated!

I did have trouble canceling a reservation this last trip and ended up tacking on an additional 2 day booking, but later realized you cannot stack reservations. I had trouble getting it fixed before I left because your customer service was only available as an e form. That meant I got way overcharged. But they did correct it in the end. Thank you.

a good experience, as always. Just wish we didn't have to go so far to get picked up. It is a long walk from Delta baggage claim with a set of golf clubs and normal luggage.
