There is a greeter at the entrance to scan you in. ( with smile) ( The parking spot machine does not work)

The manager has updated the team on a Smile At The Last Mile. Don't really know what happened, but it's for the good!

Leaving the lot...everyone wants to leave asap out of your dam lot, why would you make flyers wait for the agent to get the discount??? (Whoever invented this rule should know where the exit door is)

Parking Spot should update the app, website, machine rules, and CEO. Charging drivers more money because they extended their stay without extending on your website? ( same as above...EXIT DOOR)

This is robbery!!!! Why do we need to let you know to begin with? We flyers are stressed already. By paying more when we come back make us HATE your company. Its not just the money, it's robbing flyers without morale. It seems like you just want to increase profit by 0.001%. This is the best way to undo Branding.

Your marketing and team members are great, but THE COMPANY DO STUPID SH** to trash the customers' loyalty. Changing stupid sh***or CEO will let me like the Parking Spot...ASK YOUR MANAGERS! Because they are the ones getting yelled at and know why.

PS .CEO..A multi-million dollar company with assets all over the states. Forcing flyers to pay more right before we leave your lot makes us HATE your company? Think about it!

PPS I will still park with you guys BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE MUCH CHOICE. I would go to your competitor and learn what stupid sh** they do and learn from them. Growing the company does not need growing pain

Great easy parking, and drop off to Hobby was quick and easy, pick up also was quick and easy which I truely appreciate compared to IAH. Landed, departed Airplane and got into car in like 30 mins where IAH takes 1 hr plus. Just saying!

Super easy to use. Tech friendly. Friendly attendants and shuttle drivers. Definitely worth having your car under roof and fenced in if you're away for awhile. The shuttle service was appreciative and efficient. Very little wait time. AAA discount was appreciated.
