The people were so helpful- both on the phone & in person. We arrived late at night to drop off a car for our son who would be arriving by plane at 3 or 4 in the morning & they let us park it near the entrance & gave helpful instructions!

The drop off process is quick and easy. The shuttle driver is quick and helpful with loading and unloading my bags.

It is easy to use, conveniently located and we never have a long wait. Van is always waiting at airport and vehicle is ready for pickup as soon as we arrive.

Your service is SPOT ON. Easy parking, Shuttle was right there. After the flight pick up was right there at the terminal. Drop off right at my car. Driver helped the luggage. Very pleasant and professional.

After being stranded for 30 mins at 1am by another service I decided to pay a bit more for the parking spot. I will never go back. I know I can get a shuttle very quickly and dropped right at my car. I tell everyone to switch. The app is easy to use, and love earning free parking.

The staff is very helpful. The location is very easy to find. Prices are reasonable. I have been using them for the past few years with no complaints.

This was my first time with Parking Spot and the entire experience was fantastic! The shuttle drivers were very courteous and helped with the bags (we were 5 with two kids and a grandma). The check-in/check-out experience was smooth (I had the app on my mobile).
