We like the new format. It is a bit more expensive, but we like knowing that the car is secure. Everything worked as expected. The only problem we had, which may have been due to jet lag, was finding a way out! It seemed some of the old pathways were changed, or maybe that was just our jet lag at work.
The shuttle came within minutes of our arrival at the parking spot. There were 7 of us in our party and the driver was very helpful with the 3 grandkids and all the luggage. The ride back from the airport we waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle and our flight had been delayed by about 2 hours so were all ready to get home. All in all we are happy with using your location in Chicago.

Easy of entry. Exiting is a little challenging since there is no stop light where we have to exit. Pickup at your vehicle is usually quick. All in all service is consistent and easy to use!
