Your employees are so kind and helpful
The parking is easy. The shuttle driver lets you know which aisle to park in and they follow you to your parking spot. When arriving back the shuttle is there within a few minutes to take you back to your car. Great service!
Very convenient and the driver was very polite! On pickup I went to the wrong bus (they were dropping off) but he took me back anyway and called for my car to be ready for me.

Easy reservation process and ability to get parked and to the airport timely.
I buy it online before our trip I get them code we go to the airport we park they bring us right to the airport. We get back we call him. They pick us up. We go right back to our car and we're on our way home.
Easy , friendly staff
There is always a shuttle waiting when we arrive at the parking garage. Most importantly, The Parking Spot has plenty of shuttles to pick up passengers from their returning flights. We used to park at a different garage, but after we had to wait 30-40 minutes for pick-up, we switched to The Parking Spot.
Parking lot is convenient. The bus drivers are very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Reserve online prior to trips for a reduced price. Always know my spot is guaranteed. Show up and park. Shuttle bus right there waiting to transfer us to the airport. Pick up when we return. Can’t get any better than that.
