Could not be more satisfied. First time using Parking Spot at Love Field.

Would also like to mention the service of the young lady that assisted us when leaving the facility. I did not have all my proper documentation in order, but she went out of her way to
assist us in leaving.

I should have written her name down, but did not.

We departed your facility Friday afternoon from Parking Spot 1, approximately 6:00 PM

We will use your facility again.

It's pretty easy in and out, but sometimes at night, I have a bit of difficulty finding my way out up and down the rows to the booth. Easy to schedule and pay early or pay at the booth. Every once in awhile, like last stay, I parked at the back against the wall, but the bus went by twice and missed me, so the wait was about 20 minutes to get the shuttle. I walked all the way up to the front to access it.

It convenient and easy to get in and out of. I have had a couple drivers that have not been kind or have not done their job over the 4+ years I have been parking there. I typically just stop tipping them and will let them know. But that is not the norm and most of the shuttle drivers are delightful!!
