It is convenient and much cheaper than airport parking. Someone directs you to parking and shuttle comes quickly to get you. The driver gives you a ticket with your parking spot number on it for when you return. I'll always park here when travelling.

Very helpful! Prompt service, friendly and clean. I have been using for quite awhile. Love them.
I always have a spot, I get picked up and dropped off at my car, and the drivers are nice. However, if you pay ahead for the discount, it's not refundable. Nor is it transferable. My flight was canceled at 3am the morning the day I was flying out at 7am so we had to rebook and fly out of Philly instead of Baltimore. I knew I couldn't get a refund, but I couldn't transfer my parking reservation from BWI to PHL either. So, parking for my trip became very expensive. Very disappointed about that.
I like everything about your service. The drivers are very nice, you have enough transports to get to and from the lot quickly, and your transports are easy to spot (pun intended).
