We walked out of terminal 6 at LAX and the shuttle was there! After a five hour flight it was wonderful to not have to wait for a shuttle for 10 to 20 minutes before a shuttle worked it's way from terminal 1. Thank you.

It was easy to reserve a spot. The lot was easy to find. Transportation to and from the airport was quick and easy. The price for covered parking was far cheaper than at the airport itself. All said, parking at The Parking Spot worked well for us.

We love the convenience of The Parking Spot and its proximity to Dallas Love Field. Additionally, the frequency of the shuttles is extremely convenient. The premier parking is a plus when returning from a trip

The people were so helpful- both on the phone & in person. We arrived late at night to drop off a car for our son who would be arriving by plane at 3 or 4 in the morning & they let us park it near the entrance & gave helpful instructions!
