Convenient location
The driver that took us to the airport, on May 22nd, was so friendly and spoke to us most of the way. He was GREAT!
However, the driver leaving the airport, on May 25th, was sullen, didn't say a word to us, and I got the feeling that he'd rather be anywhere else but in that shuttle! AND IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE!!! He was not good!

Covered parking is very affordable with the AAA discount.
Service was great to IAH. From IAH to parking spot seems to be less drivers to pickup travelers causing long wait time to be picked up.
Also I would like to tip driver but I do not carry cash. There should be a way to tip drivers via zelle or other app.

The Parking Spot is a very convenient, safe place to park your car. I use the South location in Phoenix because it is a coverd/carport style. I think the prices are fair. Given the distance I live from my airport a RT Uber trip would cost double what a 5 day stay at The Parking Spot costs.
