I was charged 29 USD an erroneous charge from my previous stay that lasted only 2 h as I missed my flight because of TSA related shut down. The associate waived the charge as I rescheduled my trip 4 days later. But the next time I parked at this location. I was charged for 5 days when I explained the situation Miss Alicea and Shan promptly worked to refund the charge. My original reservationPhone number removed56 was for 24 h and was made with redeemed points they asked me to contact corporate office and shared contact information. Big shout out to them.

We’ve been loyal patrons of Parking Spot 2 for decades. Always convenient, cheerful (even at 0340 am) and friendly they make arriving or returning to/from PHX Sky Harbor an absolute breeze.
