Prompt transfer service. Helpful drivers

Easy in, easy out. Shuttle service was 'Johnny on the spot'. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport and the shuttle was waiting for us upon our return. Kudos to Karl who picked us up from ABIA upon our return. He's was very entertaining and friendly. He got us back to our car without any hassles or troubles.

As an aside, I think it's time that Karl got a new shuttle bus. The engine in his sounded like it was ready to die. Otherwise, if we choose to fly out of ABIA, we'll definitely use The Parking Spot-East.

The shuttle bus picked us up as soon as we arrived at the lot . Driver was friendly and helped us with our bags . Took us right to our terminal. Pickup after our trip was a breeze .

I purchased the basic uncovered parking and had the best experience. I was able to park very close to the pickup/drop off area and only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Likewise on my return from the airport, I only had to wait a few minutes for a shuttle and got back to my vehicle very quickly. The drivers were polite and helpful. I’ll definitely use the parking spot for my next trip!

The reservation process was straightforward, shuttles were timely and neat, help was available when needed. Please put a few more directional signs to the exit, please! I could not find my way out.
