Your employees were helpful, efficient, and friendly despite having to work in the hot Texas weather with no air conditioning in the buses. We could tolerate the heat for our short ride, but feel bad for the drivers who have to work in those conditions for their entire shift. Overall our experience was very satisfactory.

The convenience and the cost. Plus the frequency of drivers always looking to pick someone up. rarely do I have to wait very long for a driver.
I think the toughest thing to learn was booking a parking spot in the app and knowing the difference between north and north premium, where the driver's pick you up in a given terminal in the app and either prepaying or waiting to pay until you return in the app as well. Very challenging for someone new!! And I don't know how you make this simpler for newer people. Maybe a couple of "How To" videos on your website? It is definitely a learning curve for sure but I have it down now.
