We love the fact that the parking lot is covered, so when it snows, we can just pick up our car and drive home. We were plowed in one time at the airport when it snowed. Never again.

The service was highly proactive and attentive to customer needs, especially when it came to assistance with luggage and overall coordination. I received help from my parking spot all the way to the exact drop-off location, and the same level of assistance was provided when I returned to my vehicle. The longest wait time for the shuttle was about eight minutes after placing the call, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.
