New buses, courteous drivers efficient service to/from the airport

Very prompt pick up.

How convenient and smooth the process went

Very fast and easy

Convenient parking. Please ask your drivers to put up their Tipping QR code on the windows. Half of my rides do not have them up.

The Parking Spot is the only place I use when flying from PHL. Quick and easy and fantastic shuttle service with helpful drivers every time!

Love the Parking Spot! Always less expensive than on-property airport parking. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Drivers are always courteous and friendly. Thank you for providing a great service! PLEASE don't change anything!!!

Friendly staff, efficient.

Efficiency tops the list

Very quick and easy to use service.

Easy to make parking reservation. Easy to get into the lot and find your parking space. Courteous drivers pick you up and make it easy to get to the airport from your lot. When you return home to the airport from your trip, it is just as easy to catch their shuttle back to the lot and they take you directly to your where you vehicle is. So much easier than the airports long term parking! This is what you need to do when you have to park your vehicle at the airport for overnight trips.

Great discount great service nice experience..

Convenient and friendly staff

The people who work at The Parking Spot are so willing to help me in every way I needed help: with my carryon coming to the airport and with my carryon leaving the airport; and at the checkout time.
I would recommend The Parking Spot
to anyone who needs to park at the Charlotte airport.
My car was under a roof.
I am so very appreciative and thank all of you who helped me when I needed help.

Location, people and speed of drop off and pickup

The drivers to and from airport do a great job.

Always nice people. They understand when you are in a hurry and they are always helpful.

Everything from pickup at our car, knowing where the van is, to dropping us off at our car.

Friendly and very efficient.

Quick to pickup. Safe drivers. Good selections for parking. Love the bottled water upon our returns.

I enjoy the service but sometimes, the pickups from the parking lot to the airport take longer than desired.

Friendly helpful staff, ease of making reservations, ease of parking, fast shuttle pick up and drop off. Drivers help with luggage loading and unloading! Having bottled water and car wash certificates is greatly appreciated!
