I used the self-park option for my trip. I've used this option previously and it's worked well. I scanned in, parked. The shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes and the driver was friendly and quickly helped with my bags. I was at the airport within 10 minutes of parking. On the return end, I couldn't remember my user name/password but was able to get on the app and the app immediately indicated it recognized me and a bus was on the was and directed me to Door 4 (Bradley Airport). Bus arrived, loaded up and was back to my vehicle in a few minutes. End to end, very simple and efficient process. Thanks!

Always a great experience with I park here. I love that I get picked up and dropped off right at my vehicle. There's never a long wait and the ride to the airport is always pleasant.

But the driver on our recent return to Phoenix drove too fast, braked hard and took corners fast. I almost slipped off my seat. Other passengers definitely felt the same.

Reasonable price for parking. Shuttle is usually right behind us after we park so no long waits. Friendly courteous staff. Ease of checking in and out with Parking Spot app and can track shuttle when we get back from our trip.
