I don't know that ai have enough words to tell how much I appreciate The Parking Spot. Your drivers are so pleasant, polite, and helpful. The parking itself is so convenient. The app makes it easy to know when the shuttle will be around to pick you up at the end of your trip.

But recently, I had reason to really appreciate TPS. I received your 'We'll see you tomorrow' email and realized that I had made my appointment for a month earlier than I was traveling. In the app it was easy to change my appointment to the proper dates. I was still able to use my points and the cost was just a couple of dollars more due to the dates and times of my real reservation. What a relief!

I also like that I can tip the driver using the QR codes now posted on the shuttle window. One suggestion. Please hang those signs with the codes a bit higher on the window. Where they are now, if people are sitting in front of them their heads are in the way of capturing the code. LOL

It was easy to get in and out. Someone came out as I pulled up to tell me where I could park. I was picked up quickly both at the parking lot and at the airport when I returned. I like being able to park under a metal enclosure.

The ease with which to reserve a parking spot online. The fact that you have a covered roof. The assistance with parking my vehicle and help with luggage to and from airport. All personnel is friendly and the complimentary bottle of water upon departure.

The app is very easy to follow. I love that I can reserve ahead and get discounts. All the staff are very friendly. Shuttle pick up to and from the terminals have been smooth and on time.

I lost my keys and had to spend additional time at your facilities. Rebel was very nice and drove us back and forth a couple of times to help us. Then your front desk team comped the additional time I had to stay at your facilities because of the extraneous circumstances. With such great service, I know I won’t park anywhere else but with The Parking spot

Great drivers and easy to find shuttles make your services valuable. I wish your location were a little bit closer to the airport, but that is a minor issue. Wouldn't use any other long term parking solution!

Staff are friendly and the services are fast. I feel more secure and safe parking my car here and being taken to the airport vs going in a Uber or Lyft.
