Fast quick service! Bus clean

The valet service is great. I felt very safe getting to my car despite a very late flight back to Newark.

Fast polite service. My bags were taken from me and stored on the bus and then delivered curbside at the airport. On the way home the reverse and the driver placed them in my trunk since it was raining. So pleased!
Water bottle on the way out was such a nice touch.

Every part of the experience was great, from booking on the app, friendliness of the person at the gate, no waiting for bus and on return. Only few minutes wait for bus and back to car. Even with airport construction it was smooth. It's small but I appreciated the bottle of water at checkout. I traveled all day and it was a surprise and delight

It was pretty simple to use. The drivers were very nice and helpful, especially my return driver. He was nice enough to put my suitcase in my car...I really appreciated the help.

It's easy convenient parking. And the shuttle handles driving on airport traffic.

Convenience & a lot of bus

Can reserve a spot on the app, make changes if needed and even pay for it on the app their shuttle service is outstanding. I recently used The Parkingspot East last week on a trip that I took and I have a brace on my knee and the woman who was driving the shuttle that only did she take my bags out of the van, she also placed them in my car for me. Wow that’s what I called. Great customer service.

I love the app. I like that I can scan and go. I like that I can pay the driver a tip via my phone by scanning the QR code inside the shuttle.

Very easy way to park at the airport without any worries while I was away.

This was the first time I use the Parking Spot but it won’t be the last. A driver came and met us at my car, offered to help with bags, educated us on how the pick up and drop off worked. I arrived back in Dallas and was picked up almost immediately. Loved how Premium is dropped off first. Great experience

As long as the Parking Spot preserves methods of contact and access that do not require the app.

How easy it is to use the app, and the parking attachment always helpful aswell as the bus drivers getting you to and from the airport.

Your shuttle drivers are terrific. Helpful, courteous, etc.
We got or shuttle to the airport very quickly. Unfortunately, we had a more than ½ hour wait on our return to the Spot from the airport. It appeared your competition had more shuttles on the road.
We'll still continue to use the Parking Spot, just thought you'd like to know about customer pickup delays.

I appreciate the general manager here and I am very loyal to a company that takes good care of me. I won’t park anywhere but at the Parking Spot now. When RoncAri sold it to the Parking Spot I was worried, but the staff stayed in place, mostly, and they’re all still excellent.
