We were flying from Virginia to Bradley Hartford. It was right after a snow storm. We were late and tired. We were very surprised when we got to our car and the snow had all been removed. We were so happy we didn’t have to spend another half hour cleat off our car. The bus has always been on time for us and your employees very friendly

I had previously used Expresso Airport Parking. This was my 1st time using Park N Fly. I did not know where they were located, and being a dinosaur, I had trouble scanning my reservation as I drove to the entrance gate. An employee came out of the office and helped me enter, helped me identify where to park, helped me find the restroom, and helped me by telling the oncoming bus I was using the restroom but ready to go to the airport. On the return trip from the airport, as I was arriving down the aisle for off-airport parking, I recognized the Park N Fly bus. I waived to the bus. The driver waited for me to board in lieu of departing without me. I was VERY pleased.

It's the easiest and quickest way to park and exit the airport area, for me, that I've used. Pricing is competitive and I also try to use discounts when available. Great facility!

Bright, well lighted lot that is easy access for those of us from Delaware. Shuttle drivers are kind and friendly, and they often will help me with getting my luggage to and from the car, which is good for me and my back issues. The shuttles are almost always clean and on time, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. Plenty of spaces. I like the use of the app to reserve and pay and track my receipts. I enjoy earning points for free days.
