Very convenient and always on time!!Takes the stress out of navigating the airport parking system.

This was my first time using The Parking Spot. When I arrived, a friendly greeter told me where to park. A shuttle picked me up at my car and delivered me (and other passengers) to the airport quickly.

When I returned, a shuttle picked us up and delivered us to our cars. They even knew the color and make of my car! The driver put my bag right in my trunk! When paying, the cashier insisted I take a cold bottle of water. That made the late drive home easier.

Easy to park, checkout and airport drop-off.

Pickup is easy. Getting in is easy with the app and then the driver takes me back to my parking spot. I also left my bag on the van and it was available for me to pick up the next day without issue.

Ease of parking; minimal wait for shuttle to and from airport; just a great experience all around.

Easy-to-use

Immediate response when I called and asked a question about my bill. There was an immediate response with action taken. That action was verified within about 3 minutes with an updated bill.

I would have given Parking Spot One a 10 except for their current ongoing construction. That is, I might recommend to a friend (which is the question) that they try Parking Spot 2 or 3 until the Parking Spot 1 construction is complete. All aspects of PS1 are right on. Thanks!

Very convenient. Close to MCO (5-19 min shuttle ride). No double parking in aisles like some other lots.

The parking of our car could not have gone smoother. We never waited for a shuttle... they were there to pick us up as we were getting our luggage out of our car. The directions on our ride pass were very easy to know where to catch the shuttle at the airport. In minutes we were back at our car and ready to head home. Extremely friendly and helpful staff

I like the way you drop me off at my car. When it's late at night I feel much safer because of that.

I was very pleased with your services, your location and especially the driver who picked me up upon arrival. He was helpful and courteous. Your system is very efficient and reliable. I was a little surprised that upon my return trip, the driver (a different driver) didn’t assist me in handling my luggage up the steps or onto the rack. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t tipped the return driver. But overall, I would use your services again.
