I like to be able to reserve a space in covered extra wide. However, your new so-called extra wide spaces at JFK are just rebranded regular width spaces. If I get stuck in there I will stop using Parking Spot.

It was easy to setup the reservation and make the payment online. There was no issues with finding a parking spot and the shuttle was available right away. Excellent professional service from the drivers.

The service works very well for us. I do think there is a little glitch in the app -- when he have arrived late and click on "where's my shuttle", it says to call for shuttle pick-up but clicking on the button does not make a phone call. Thanks.
