The transport van was waiting for us upon our arrival and our short trip to the airport was quick and easy. Drivers are always very friendly and helpful.

I've been using the Parking Spot for years. Shuttles arrive quickly, it's close to the airport, service is courteous, the lot is secure, and the price is right.
Although the QR code scanner is mot consistently working, the covered parking space is well worth it.

We LOVE using the Parking Spot 1 in Phoenix, AZ. We pull in the lot, park, and we have NEVER waited more than a couple minutes for our shuttle! Usually, they are right there at our spot and we are rushing to get our luggage unloaded! Very convenient!
I’ve been parking here for over 20 years and the service just improves year after year. The drivers are so friendly. The bonus is when they actually have a big smile when greeted and offer to take your bags for you and when then when you leave they have a refrigerator of beverages.
The parking spaces are spacious in the premium side but I noticed that my wait time is less in the regular covered parking.
All in all, i I would highly recommend the parking spot 1

I like everything about The Parking Spot Sepulvedua - EXCEPT I can never find premium parking when I reserve. I guess Valet is also a thing of the past.
I think the app is great. I haven't used the 'locate my car' feature, but plan to do so next time.
The Staff is GREAT! Very helpful with positive and patient demeanors - not easy to keep that going in such a stressful job.
