I recently used The Parking Spot and overall had a good experience. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward, which is always appreciated when traveling. The shuttle vans arrived quickly both when departing and when we returned, so getting to and from Bradley International Airport was very convenient.
When we arrived around 4 AM there was a bit of a backup at the entrance, but it moved fairly quickly, just something to be aware of if you're traveling at peak early-morning hours.
We also had a delay with our return flight, and they were accommodating. However, the additional time was charged at the regular rate rather than the coupon rate I had used, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, a smooth and reliable parking option near the airport, and I would use them again.

I've used this location many times and have never had an issue.
I'll give it a 10 if you're departing and arriving at terminal 1, and a 9 if you're departing and arriving at terminal 2.
Terminal 1 is definitely their priority.
