Easy, reliable and safe parking while traveling. What I don’t like and will never do again is pre book and pre pay online. I was supposed to be traveling this week but had an untimely death in the family. My airline fully refunded my all my miles and dollars yet that’s against “The Parking Spot” policy.

Great experience with the Parking Spot. Easy to book parking, quick shuttle pick up and drop off. You typically don’t have to wait long for pick up at the airport to be taken back. I like the covered parking! I’ve used them for years and have always been pleased. Safe parking.

Easy access to get into the parking lot. I noticed when I go real early in the Morning. I park in uncovered and it's always in section S or T. Never have to wait long fir the shuttle. The staff are friendly.

Easy to book ,easy to use the service with pickup and drop off. As long as the shuttles are timely and enough to service the demand it will work well for me.

I the use of the app, being able to make a pre-paid or pay later reservation, clear signage on shuttles, and how helpful drivers are. The card system to locate your vehicle has improved, as well.

Include drivers QR code for tips! Not everyone Carries cash.

This next piece of feedback is for the Hartsville Jackson Atlanta airport pick up shuttle area. It is very difficult to navigate going to the new shuttle pick up location. It’s not user-friendly at all. Please let them know. The customers are not happy about going to that section of the airport near Marta and having to climb over fencing, and its way on the other side of the airport it’s so obscure. For those who can’t walk long distances or have a lot of luggage and small children, it’s a huge inconvenience.
