Pick up and drop off at my car. I come from 100 plus miles away so it is more pleasant convenient and cheaper than a shuttle.

Your drivers are great! We were picked up very quickly to get to the airport and got to our flight on time. When we got back home, it was late on a Friday night. The only issue we had was that we were not sure where to wait to get the shuttle back to the parking lot, but I saw a van driving past and waved. The drivers saw me and drove back around the airport to pick us up. She was finished with her shift but still came back around to get us. We were very grateful for that because it was a long day of travel. Also a great value! Much better than paying for an Uber or a taxi.

Friendly people and convenient location. We did have a problem waiting for a shuttle to get us to the terminal on our departure. Our flight was delayed so we were okay, but it was a lengthy wait.

The driver and staff support

We started going here before it was bought out by Spot East. For us we like being able to get to our car and back onto the highway quickly towards IL easily. You’re close to the airport, but your garage isn’t near all the airport traffic like the Spot 1 and 2. The only issue lately is people obviously have discovered it and our recent last trip we’ve had issues finding a open spot in the area we paid for…that’s the first time that’s happened and it wasn’t near any holidays.
