Always great. Only thing I find annoying is that the driver keeps packing the bus full of people in the parking garage although there are empty busses behind it making everyone that got on the bus FIRST, wait an extra 20 minutes or more before leaving. The busses need to keep moving. Pickup, drop off and go. Pickup, drop off and go. Not pickup, pickup, pickup, pickup, oh wait, pickup one more, pickup and then go, oh wait, one more person... If you need to get to the terminal, every minute counts.

I really like the covered self park option. The shuttles run on a very good schedule.

We liked that we did not have to wait long to be picked up both for departure and arrival. But we loved the most was our drivers. Both out drivers greeted us with smiles and friendly welcome. They were both happy and eager to help us with our bags. I give both our drivers 10+. Amazing service!

Easy to schedule, super nice male drivers who help you with your luggage, easy pick up spots to locate after some changes were made at the terminals, convenient, not having to navigate traffic at the terminals

Everyone was so helpful and polite.

When we pulled in an attendant was there ready to guide us. We didn't have to wait long for our bus going or coming. Will be glad when the construction is done but overall great service by all.

Parking spots are covered. There is a timely shuttle that transports me to and from the airport. Workers have been helpful.

Quick and easy.

You pull in and within a few minutes, the bus is there to pick up. After flight, they are usually right there waiting with several buses to pick you up and take you to your car. Very friendly people!!

Reasonable prices and the shuttle service is excellent. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is because the parking spaces are very close together.

Speed of drop off and pick up

quick in and out, picked in a few minutes both way to and from airport. People are very helpful and professional

Asst. Manager Dylan and personnel are very professional. I had a slight issue the last time I stayed and Dylan reached out to me in regards to it to talk and answer any questions I had to rectify it. I appreciate the fact that he reached out and took the time to call me. Not very many places do this and I am very happy with the conversation and help he offered, it is appreciated.
