I like that i can park my car and take my keys, the vans came quickly both on my arrival at the parking lot and when I came back from my trip, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The shuttle is there to pick you up immediately after parking. At our most recent visit, the shuttle was waiting for us to get our bags from the trunk.

The website is so easy to make reservations. Then when I arrive if I have problems there is someone there who helps me kindly. They are always happy to help me. I appreciate that. The drivers are so kind. They always help me get my suitcase from and to my car. They place it INSIDE the car for me as I have difficulty in doing so. I feel safe with their driving. I have been in other shuttle buses where I did not feel safe. Love to park there when I travel to see my grandchildren.
