Fast drop and pick up, easy process

Easy to book ,easy to use the service with pickup and drop off. As long as the shuttles are timely and enough to service the demand it will work well for me.

It is a great location, and the drivers are always so nice.

I the use of the app, being able to make a pre-paid or pay later reservation, clear signage on shuttles, and how helpful drivers are. The card system to locate your vehicle has improved, as well.

Include drivers QR code for tips! Not everyone Carries cash.

This next piece of feedback is for the Hartsville Jackson Atlanta airport pick up shuttle area. It is very difficult to navigate going to the new shuttle pick up location. It’s not user-friendly at all. Please let them know. The customers are not happy about going to that section of the airport near Marta and having to climb over fencing, and its way on the other side of the airport it’s so obscure. For those who can’t walk long distances or have a lot of luggage and small children, it’s a huge inconvenience.

seamless process and price beats airport parking on days that aren't holidays. if you reserve over a holiday then there really is no price difference between choosing here and the parking at CMH.

Very prompt pickup after parking. Driver gave us a chit with our parking spot number for easy return. Driver loaded and unloaded our luggage for us.

Love the fact that you pick us up at car. Especially when traveling with 83 yr old. My only downside was waiting 20 min for shuttle to get back to car. Drivers were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. You are VERY SMART to have a 2nd person on shuttle to get bags loaded when picking up at arrivals.

I have been parking at the lot when it first opened. I am loyal to the location. However, based on what i saw this past weekend on, and based on more travelers, buses don't need to be larger in size but more frequent. The line on the West side of DIA was crazy long and I heard the East side was the same. Holidays are approaching and I hope you are considering operational change to minimize wait times.
