Convenient and less expensive than airport parking. I fly twice a month and fly American Airlines. I have parked in the airport's long-term parking. The problem is that when I check in, it tells me to go to the "C" terminal, but when I return, it is more often than not at a different terminal! Now, I have to lug my luggage to the AirTran and go to the new terminal. With The Parking Spot, I go to the designated area and wait a few minutes for the bus to come. When we arrive, they take you right to your car. It can not be any easier!

I love that my car was secure. I really love that I was picked up and dropped off at my car. Easy and convenient. The driver was very friendly. I will use this for parking every time.

My only issue is that our plane arrived in the middle of the night and we did not know where to catch the shuttle. There was not an airport employee to ask. We called the Parking Spot and got an answer quickly. It was a minor thing and we found the shuttle pick up spot.

Ease of enterance and exit. Ability to choose parking spot. Did have an issue on the return home. First, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a shuttle and second, our car was not in the spot marked on the card and we had to walk around looking for it.

Parking Spot is great! I'd love to see more frequent shuttles FROM the airport to the lot. The shuttles TO the airport are awesome and always available. The shuttles FROM the airport are usually a 15-25 minute wait.

Also, this last time the driver did not drop me off at my car. He stopped at the Basic shuttle stop and said - you can just walk the 2 rows since your car is just over there. This was very disappointing since it was after 10 pm at night, dark, and didn't feel as safe for a woman as being dropped at my car. Maybe he was new and still learning the parking lot layout. I just followed his request and it wasn't worth arguing about after a long day of travel.

Otherwise, Parking Spot South is my go-to for all parking.

I appreciate the excellent customer service. The staff are always welcoming, the shuttle drivers are prompt and helpful, and the whole process—from parking to getting to the airport—is smooth and well organized.
