It was easy to book the reservation! I appreciated the perks and ease of being picked up quickly and then to airport! It was very quick pick up on our return home. Signage made it easy to manage getting to our parking spot and back out! One of my passengers plans to use you as a result of this experience! 👍🏻

Convenient

I’ve been using The Parking Spot for years, and this was by far the best shuttle experience I’ve had. Our driver was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyed talking with passengers. She went above and beyond by telling us about a free car wash available with our stay and even pointed us to the cheapest nearby gas station before returning our rental car. That level of customer service really stood out and made a great impression.

The only downside is the shuttle buses themselves. The suspension is so rough that it feels like your brain is rattling around on every bump. The drivers are great, but the buses could definitely use some maintenance or upgrades. Fix the buses, and this would easily be a five-star experience!

It's close to the airport. You offer a Military discount, and I feel safe leaving my vehicle there. Also, the vans run on good schedules.

I like how easy it is to book a spot at the Parking Spot North. As soon as we pulled in and parked, the shuttle was there to pick us up. The driver handled our luggage completely which I appreciated. We got a card with our parking location indicated on it. The driver was waiting for us in the shuttle when we left baggage claim upon our return to BWI. The driver was very pleasant and helpful.
