Promptness of pickup. We got in at 5:30 am and the shuttle was waiting on us when we got out of baggage claim without us even calling!

I appreciate the promptness and respect from the drivers. I only have one recommendation. The men and women smoking weed prior to getting on the bus should not be allowed to ride in such close proximity with those traveling.

have always parked at the Parking Spot in Austin (wish we had one in San Antonio!). Online reservations are easy and always honored. Friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. Recently the staff went above and beyond to help retrieve a backpack that we left behind in our parking space as we loaded our luggage to go home after a long trip. They were so helpful!
