This was the first time I used Parking Spot. I choose a covered space. How surprising it was upon return to find my car still covered in pollen, which I was hoping to avoid. I thought the cover was going to be total, but realized that there was a large area in the center of the covering that was open to the elements. Now I know better. At least there was some relief from the sun. Having a pick up at my car and delivery to it as well is wonderful. Also great is having help with luggage.l

The closeness of the lot
Truly convenient. The pick-up times are perfect, both to and from the airport. No excessive waiting. My flight got in at 11:30pm, and I had to call for pick-up, as it was late and after normal hours, but the bus appeared within 10 minutes. Well worth it!
