The convenience of being picked up at my vehicle and taken to the airport by shuttle. DFW is so large that I'd be totally lost if it weren't for this service.

This is a convenient way to park and get to the airport without a lot of hassle. I typically love the service. I've been a long time customer of the Parking Spot. This last time I was a little surprised that the driver drove right by me and didn't come back to pick me up. I had to walk to the front to let the guy at the booth know I was left. As I was doing so, the driver drove by shaking his head at me in disappointment (I didn't know I'd see him - I was only going to the booth). He stopped and picked me up fortunately. He asked me what row I was on and I told him aisle 12 where I was supposed to be and told him he drove right by me. I know that the booth tells the drivers who all is coming in. I don't know why he didn't get an accurate car headcount. He was obviously in a big hurry. Not the typical experience for me. The driver on the way home was wonderful. I knew exactly where I had parked on aisle 12 so she was able to get me to my car right away even though I didn't have a spot number.

The convenience of parking and knowing my car is in a secure location. Also that I can get covered parking and the van comes to my car and loads my luggage and takes me to the terminal .
When you return from your trip the van takes you back to your car.
