It was easy entrance and exit. Shuttles were very fast and drivers helped with baggage. It's where we will be parking at Newark from now on.

The convenience is awesome! Being picked up at your car, taken straight to the airport. When returning to the airport the wait for the shuttle is minimal, and returned right to your car. The drivers are always willing to help with your luggage! We won’t park any place else!

It's a secure place to park your vehicle and the shuttle is easy in and out of the airport.

I like how close you are to the airport however it is hard to distinguish your location from the other SPOT locations. I actually thought I was reserving a spot at this location but it was for another. I like the fact however, that I was allowed to park in the lot. I think there needs to be something that is more explicit about where the lot actually is located so that there is no confusion.

I have not flown in a while and was very nervous about the parking, safety, shuttle, and the pick up process. Your staff was on the ball and were so kind and helpful. Everything went so smooth and my car was safe and sound upon my return. Next time I fly I will park with you again. You all made the process so easy. Great job, keep up the good work. Leaving parking to the professionals makes life easier.

Dependable service and shuttle service

I love how many shuttles you have. I never have to wait to get picked up from my car and I get to the airport quickly. If I miss the shuttle from the airport, another one comes soon thereafter. I appreciate the help loading and unloading bags and the card to remember where I parked is very helpful.

I like the quick in and out at the parking lot with the app. The pick up and drop off at the vehicle is nice too.

Everything was handled perfectly without delay and everyone that works there from the drivers to the counter to the valet were all so professional I will definitely recommend The Spot Parking! Thanks so much !!!

Convenience

Buses are always a stand they drop you right at your car. Staff is very friendly. Love that they help load the bags into our car. Speedy checkout using a QR code when prepaid.

The location is extremely convenient and the drivers are always professional and polite. I've been parking here since before the Parking Spot bought out the old owner and I have no reasons to ever park anywhere else.
