This was my first time using Parking Spot at BWI. I will definitely use it again. The staff I interacted with were outstanding. Our driver during our return trip was so kind, helpful and pleasant. I tried Parking Spot due to a 30% off special and will keep my eye for one of those the next time I fly. OH, also the water bottle as you exit was such a NICE touch. You are always thirsty after a flight, but eager to get home, so having the water available was a pleasant, wonderful surprise. Kudos to Parking Spot

We received outstanding customer service experience from the gentlemen who took us to the airport. And the gentleman who picked us up from the airport and took up directly to our vehicle. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful kind, understanding, respectful, no issues with loading and unloading our very full luggage on the van and removing it from the van. We totally understand and appreciate the wonderful hospitality and experience received.

I love everything about your services. It’s nice to be able to pull in park and the van is ready to pick you up to take you to the airport. Everyone is so nice at the parking spot. I’ve never had any issues. Pick up at the airport is seamless as well.
