Love the fact that you pick us up at car. Especially when traveling with 83 yr old. My only downside was waiting 20 min for shuttle to get back to car. Drivers were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. You are VERY SMART to have a 2nd person on shuttle to get bags loaded when picking up at arrivals.
I have been parking at the lot when it first opened. I am loyal to the location. However, based on what i saw this past weekend on, and based on more travelers, buses don't need to be larger in size but more frequent. The line on the West side of DIA was crazy long and I heard the East side was the same. Holidays are approaching and I hope you are considering operational change to minimize wait times. Pick up and drop off at my car. I come from 100 plus miles away so it is more pleasant convenient and cheaper than a shuttle.

Your drivers are great! We were picked up very quickly to get to the airport and got to our flight on time. When we got back home, it was late on a Friday night. The only issue we had was that we were not sure where to wait to get the shuttle back to the parking lot, but I saw a van driving past and waved. The drivers saw me and drove back around the airport to pick us up. She was finished with her shift but still came back around to get us. We were very grateful for that because it was a long day of travel. Also a great value! Much better than paying for an Uber or a taxi.
