Service

The Parking Spot is my go to favorite place to park period. Number 1 is the safety. As a woman traveling for business by myself, I know that I am 100% safe. I will be picked up at my car, taken to my terminal and gate and dropped off right at the door. Then coming back home is the same wonderful feeling of security and safety. As I am picked up at the location and delivered back to my vehicle. My vehicle is safe and secure and I can proceed home without worry. The employees are extremely kind and helpful with large luggage and checkout is a breeze as well as how easy it is to reserve my next business or personal trip. Parking Spot you have me as a customer for life. It is affordable, and the ease is the best option for me.

Shuttle to Airport to and from is typically quick. Car was waiting for me when I arrived using Valet Service.

The ease of parking and timeliness of pickup

The drivers are always friendly and very efficient. That’s my favorite part, but the shuttles are also timely and frequent; I very rarely have to call when I return because by the time I reach for my phone, the shuttle is pulling up. Thank you!

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly representative. Parking was convenient. Shuttle drivers to and from airport were friendly, helpful, professional, safe, and efficient. Wait times for shuttles were minimal.
