The entire process is easy to follow from booking to driving in and out of the lot. I have used this service for many years and it is a well oiled machine. Of particular interest to me is always accessing the van after I have parked the car, to take me to the airport. From the moment you come into the lot, the van driver has been alerted to your presence and comes to the spot where you have been assigned to park immediately. No waiting, or wondering. I love it. I always feel safe using this service. Most often when leaving Chicago my flight is at an early bird time before the sun comes up. I still feel safe using this lot. And the price per day is very reasonable. I always opt for the covered parking in case a hail storm would occur during my absence.
