1) Mgr. i spoke to on the phone helped me modify my reservation since i had made errors when booking my initial reservation.
2) Driver was friendly and helped me with my luggage at pickup and dropoff. (i've had drivers who don't help very much)
I like the location and the pavement and structures are in very good condition, very simple to schedule and pay using the App. I mostly use the covered parking and am usually gone for 2+ weeks. One thing I do notice is for some reason there is a lot of dirt on my vehicle when I return, seems to be a very dusty place. My other comment is the buses ride like lumber trucks, ;) and there doesn't seem to be any ventilation, can get very warm. Nothing major to report, enjoy using the parking spot and have no reason to look for anything better.
