1) Mgr. i spoke to on the phone helped me modify my reservation since i had made errors when booking my initial reservation.
2) Driver was friendly and helped me with my luggage at pickup and dropoff. (i've had drivers who don't help very much)
I like the location and the pavement and structures are in very good condition, very simple to schedule and pay using the App. I mostly use the covered parking and am usually gone for 2+ weeks. One thing I do notice is for some reason there is a lot of dirt on my vehicle when I return, seems to be a very dusty place. My other comment is the buses ride like lumber trucks, ;) and there doesn't seem to be any ventilation, can get very warm. Nothing major to report, enjoy using the parking spot and have no reason to look for anything better.

I stayed for 5 days. It was just easy as your home parking spot. Super secured. Just registered/reserved through online portal, scan member barcode found on mobile device or printed one on the gate at the entrance or exit. Print recipient done! You will receive receipt through your registered email as well. Super easy. In my opinion rates are bit higher since it was uncovered spot.
Feels safer than regular garage. Loved the expediency of pick up and drop off.

Everything is great except your app makes it time consuming how to easily use reward points.
It is always easy to park. The shuttles are usually always on time. The driver was very nice. Been parking here since 2016. Never any issues regarding safety of my vehicle.
