I have been using the Parking Spot for years...but, in the last year or so, the service has been simply outstanding...there is often no wait time from parking structure pick and also from the terminals upon my arrival...the drivers are courteous and helpful!

Pick up and drop off is usually quick, although one of the drivers didn't help with the bags on this trip. That is unusual.
As a handicapped passenger, there are no better locations. While the shuttles themselves do not have a wheelchair lift, they accommodate by dropping me off at the airport and picking me up. I absolutely love the Curbside option as handicap passenger.

Simple--some cars had trouble checking out 3/1/26. Around 11:45pm.
On Monday we came back to snow on our car and our driver whose name we cannot remember, got out and cleaned off the windows of our car. That kind of wonderful service will keep us loyal to your parking spot. Thanks
