I like having the car brought to us. Very easy to leave the airport quickly.
I like the convenience of the shuttle and close proximity to the airport. Every driver I’ve encountered had been friendly, helpful, and when I return to my car, they have waited for me to get in my car before they depart. That makes me feel safe especially when traveling alone. I also feel their pricing is competitive to other options.
The service is great, the buses are clean and run often. and the drivers are helpful and friendly. My only problem is i have trouble scanning the QR code from my phone. i'm short and i almost always have to get out and stand there trying to scan so i can get out. the one at the exit works better than the ones in the uncovered parking area.
With the AAA discount, it’s a deal.
