The distinction between which entrance was for which reservation type (regular and VIP) was clearly marked, so there was no confusion in where to go. I had printed out the QR code, and that scanned with no issues despite being smaller than what a screen would typically display, and I appreciate in general that I wasn't required to use my phone. The employee showing me the options for where to park was clear and concise, so I was able to quickly find an appropriate parking space and board the airport shuttle in a matter of minutes from when I first entered the lot. Additionally, I appreciated the shuttle driver telling me exactly where the pickup location would be. LAX had their own general directions for pickup that would have led me to that same area, but having that statement from one of the actual drivers gave me much more confidence that I was in the right place, since I admittedly have gone to the wrong place before for other parking for rental services. It's a small thing, but one that stuck with me in a positive way.

My trip to and from the airport was relaxing. I didn’t have to wait drivers were on time and helpful. I didn’t feel sorry for my driver that picked me up from the airport on October 26th. There was another passenger older gentleman and his wife. The gentleman was extremely rude to the driver for no reason ! The driver was very professional but the customer should be ashamed of himself.
