This was the easiest airport parking experience I’ve ever had!
Everything went smooth. The older man that picked us up from the airport works harder than most of the 20 year olds that work for you. He loaded & unloaded about 15 pieces of luggage. He must have been like 65-70 years old, middle eastern descent maybe, white hair balding & short. He picked us up on 08/27/24 from BNA around 4pm-ish. I gave him a $10 tip. I never tip more than $5 for parking help but he deserved it.

Very professional and convenient
Relatively easy. Not happy about dynamic pricing. I used points that I didn't want to use when you were charging $34.95/day over a holiday time when I was traveling for business. It was almost enough to make me change to parking at the airport. I asked for customer service to call me and I never got a response.
