We have been using the Parking Spot for 10-ish years and love it. The app makes it simple to schedule parking, check in and check out. The shuttle runs constantly and have rarely ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for it to pick us up. Shuttles have always been clean, drivers courteous, and the parking lot is secure. We usually pick the uncovered lot, use a AAA discount - its worth every penny.

Parking spot is very good. Sometimes long waits to check in and for the return bus but overall very good.
